Privacy

This website belongs to FRC Team 1329, The ViPrs, a high school robotics team in St. Louis, Missouri. We only collect the information you choose to send us. This page explains what that is and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you use the Sign Up form, we receive what you enter:

• Students: name, grade, email, interests, and anything you add in the optional message box.
• Mentors and volunteers: name, connection to the team, email, phone number (optional), areas where you could help, and anything you add in the optional message box.

When you just browse the site, we don’t collect anything about you. There are no ads, no analytics, and no tracking cookies. The only thing the site stores is your light/dark mode choice, and it stays in your own browser.

How we use it

We use sign-up information to contact you about joining or helping the team. Only the team’s coaches and student leaders see it. We never sell it, rent it out, or use it for advertising.

Services we rely on

• Web3Forms delivers sign-up form submissions to the team’s email inbox.
• Netlify hosts this website. Like most web hosts, it may keep basic technical logs (such as IP addresses) to keep the site running and secure.

These services handle data under their own privacy policies. Links to other sites, like our sponsors or social media pages, are also covered by those sites’ own policies.

Students and parents

The Sign Up form is meant for high school students and adults. If you are under 13, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us instead of using the form.

Seeing or deleting your information

To see what you’ve sent us, correct it, or have it deleted, email dward@priory.org. We’ll take care of it as soon as we can.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
